55+ Market Report: Trilogy La Quinta, Polo Club, Sun City, Palm Desert

Low Inventory Sparking Higher Prices and Quicker Sales

Compared to Nov. 2017, the Number of Homes for Sale in Trilogy La Quinta are down 22%. While the Number of Homes for Sale in Sun City Palm Desert remains the same as last November, at only 75, it is only 1.5% of the total  number of homes (5,000) in the entire community.

Home Sold Prices are up double digits for both Trilogy at La Quinta and Sun City Palm Desert, and the Number of Days on Market for each community is continuing to decline.

Trilogy Polo Club is still under construction so comparative figures over last year are not relevant. 

High Expectations for High Season Home Sales

If inventory of homes continue at these low levels through the high season, January through April, we can expect to see home prices to rise and even quicker selling times. 

55+ Active Adult Communities: Vive La Difference!
