A Market in Balance: Sept. 2018 vs. Sept. 2017
Fewer Homes for Sale • Fewer Homes Sold • Stable Sold Prices • Realistic Prices • Quicker Sales
What can I say. The MLS Trendvision® Statistics, year-over-year, for September are truly unremarkable. But, in the realm of real estate that’s a good thing.

It’s rare indeed, when a real estate market is near equilibrium
For people that tend to favor stability in their lives, the past 9 months of local real estate stats has been a blessing. Inventory has remained consistently lower than last year, and the number of actual residential sales are following the same pattern. As expected, lower inventory is driving prices of quality properties higher, but only moderately, and they are selling faster, but not at a frenzied pace like in cities like for example, Seattle that are experiencing rapid growth.
Whether buying or selling, now is the best time to align your dreams and property portfolio!
