One artist in particular, Douglas Fischer, has found a unique way to capture the essence of affirmative emotions from the elements of the universe that surround us.

According to Fischer, it’s taken many years experimenting with acrylic paints, colors, mediums, and metallic powders in innovative ways, allowing for the various pigments and metal particles to separate, flow and combine.
He creates depth to his art, by adding as many as ten or more semi-window layers, after each previous layer is dry. Metallic paint and metal leaf accents are also used where light and luminosity play with transparency, depth and reflection.
