City of Festivals. Art. Fun in the Sun!

Nowhere else in the country are there so many exciting and fun activities. People come from all over the world to experience the warm sun and family friendly entertainment. 

While CoachellaFest and Stagecoach are two of the best known festivals, there are many other activities, sports and events that make Indio a great place to visit and to live.

Other activities include, the Empire and El Dorado Polo Clubs, world-class Horse Hunter and Jumper Shows, Southwest Arts Festivals, Dog Shows, Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience, and children love the Riverside County Fair and Date Palm Festival.  

Golfers and their families will enjoy the area's many excellent golf courses, including, The Lights at Indio GC, the only night-lighted golf course in the Coachella Valley!

The City of Indio is located on the east end of the beautiful Coachella Valley about 130 miles east of Los Angeles on Interstate 10. Indian Wells and La Quinta are neighboring cities. 

Real Estate prices are on the rise in Indio, as new developments are popping up at price points more affordable than the surrounding cities. The median price is roughly $349,000.
